The AN/ALE-45 Counter Measures System (CMD) uses both flares, and chaff. Both loads are distinctly different. The flare load is easily identified by a 3x5 load of rectangular, red tipped cartidges. This device is used on the F-16, F-15, A-10, and many others This set contains two each of the flare and chaff cartidge launchers in loaded configuration, empty configuration, and the partially used should you want to model.
This set has been designed to fit the Tamiya F-16 in 1/32 scale.
